Travel Clinical Pharmacist Contract Role in AZ (No License Required

Soliant Health is seeking a travel pharmacist for a contract opportunity at a hospital in Arizona. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in exploring a tribal health facility for the next 13 weeks and an active/clear AZ license is NOT required. Any state license will work along with clinical/hospital experience.

Role: Clinical Pharmacist

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive pharmacy services at the main campus and satellite clinics.
• Deliver direct patient care across all patient demographics, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
• Ensure service levels are consistent with health center policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinic operations, providing supervision to staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other personnel.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. State
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
• At least one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start.
