Terros Health is seeking a BHT Clinician for our Rehabilitation Program in Phoenix, AZ to work directly with clients to identify and achieve rehabilitation goals. You will provide support and engage clients in skills building, employment and vocational activities.
You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management and crisis intervention while coordinating with clinical teams, families and community supports.
