shift notes: 8p - 6:30a/40 hours scheduled/30 hours guaranteed/banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any 4x10 nights
submission requirements· must have a minimum of 24 months radiology tech (x-ray) experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [required]
· life support certifications must be from aha, arc, or ashi - [required]
· no hits on state license to practice - [required] [document]
· rto cannot exceed 7 days, no rto during the first week of assignment - [required]
· candidate driver's license to verify residency - [required]
