Certified Community Caregiver
As a Certified Community Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our community who require assistance with daily living activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, courteous, and on-schedule transportation to our residents. Additionally, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Residents are to be treated with respect, courtesy, and graciousness at all times. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting independence and dignity among clients while fostering a supportive and safe environment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of those you serve, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Caregiver in the state of Arizona
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Additional training in specialized care areas such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, or palliative care

Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, courteous, and on-schedule transportation to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging residents in social and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
