We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join a patient-centered breast imaging team in the Phoenix area. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality imaging services in a professional, supportive environment where women’s health and preventative care come first.
As a key member of the imaging team, the Mammography Technologist delivers exceptional patient care, maintains precise imaging standards, and supports radiologists during advanced breast procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations as ordered.
- Prepare for and assist radiologists with specialized procedures, including breast biopsies.
- Provide thorough patient education about mammography exams and breast health awareness.
- Maintain a strong patient-first focus, ensuring comfort, safety, and outstanding service.
- Consistently demonstrate excellent positioning and exposure techniques in mammography.
- Adhere to all radiation safety and quality assurance standards.
- Promote and uphold a positive, professional, and compassionate work culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the imaging department.
- Current ARRT (R) certification and Mammography (M) credential required.
- Current Arizona State Radiologic Technologist License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members.
