We’re hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7 am and 10 pm.

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).
• Strong clinical skills in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT.
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client‑centered care.
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.

We use a fee‑for‑service model. Sessions pay between $55–$60 USD per session. Benefits‑eligible roles include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. Compensation grows directly with the number of sessions you provide. Payments are made every two weeks.
