Requirements to Start:
- Complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) Training– Free and fully supported
- Hold a valid CPR and First Aid Certification(we can help guide you through the process if you don't already have it)
- Be 18 or older
- Pass a background check
- Have a friend or family member enrolled (or eligible) in ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)
Duties Include:
- Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping
- Providing safe, compassionate support to a loved one in their home
- Staying connected with our care team for ongoing support and resources
