As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Manage incontinence care with dignity
• Perform light housekeeping
• Prepare healthy meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure memory care safety
• Assist with physical therapy exercises

You genuinely enjoy older adults and have a reliable car with a valid driver’s license. Your heart for seniors shines through in every interaction.

Located in Northeast Phoenix, ZIP code 85028 encompasses parts of the Paradise Valley and Shea Heights neighborhoods. Caregivers here are typically matched with a single client, allowing for a short commute from their own homes to the client's residence. The area is easily navigable with major roads like Shea Boulevard and the nearby State Route 51, offering convenient access to local amenities and services.

HHAs may work under the direction of a care manager or registered nurse to provide non-medical care that supports a client’s health plan. That includes medication reminders (not administration), monitoring vitals like blood pressure and pulse, helping with mobility and exercises, and noting changes in the client’s condition for the nurse to follow up. The clinical structure is there, but the day is centered around the home.
