Behavior Care Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in client homes during afternoon and evening hours. You’ll provide 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.
You’ll work with the same children consistently, supporting real progress in their everyday environments.
