Compensation: $55-$60 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
- Optional alternative schedules:
Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Ahwatukee Post Acute is growing — and we are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team! Our 192 bed facility is currently undergoing a major renovation, including construction of a state-of-the-art 44bed behavioral and dementia care unit, enhancing our ability to provide specialized services to the Phoenix and Ahwatukee communities.

• Perform skilled PT evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment
• Develop individualized care plans to increase function, safety, and mobility
• Document patient progress using Net Health
• Collaborate closely with nursing and IDT using Point Click Care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

• 1 other Full-Time PT
• Multiple Full-Time PTAs
• 2 Full-Time OTs & multiple Full-Time COTAs
• Full-Time onsite SLP A strong and fully staffed in-house therapy department — no contracting or travel required

• Arizona PT license (or eligible prior to start date)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
