Valley Hospital is looking for a motivated Business Office Supervisor to lead our Business Office team and help ensure patients receive exceptional financial support while maintaining strong revenue cycle performance. If you're a collaborative leader with healthcare business office experience and a passion for operational excellence, we'd love to meet you!

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Business Office.
• Supervise and develop Business Office staff.
• Oversee insurance verification, financial counseling, payment arrangements, and collections.
• Monitor accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with Case Management, Utilization Review, Admissions, and Central Billing.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of supervisory or related healthcare business office experience required (3-5 years preferred).
• Experience with patient financial counseling, insurance verification, collections, and revenue cycle processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
