Work Schedule & Paid Breaks

  • 12-month, Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Paid School Breaks! (Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring)
  • Additionally, we observe federal holidays which often involve three-day weekends

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful progress for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help unlock each person's potential and foster a supportive environment where they can thrive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conducts behavioral assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Functional Analyses (FA), as well as other direct and indirect assessments to write Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (IBIP).
  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to inform treatment strategies and ensure measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to coordinate care and support services
  • Develop program goals, protocols, programs, teaching methods, and data collection systems in collaboration with teachers, therapy staff, or other classroom staff.
  • Submit reports in a timely manner to supervisors for distribution to parents, school districts, Department of Education, agencies, or other authorized parties.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provides training in behavior management and implementation of empirically valid procedures for school programs.
  • Participate in Intake meetings to ensure appropriate behavior data and information is collected prior to the student's start date and development appropriate behavior goals and guidelines.
  • Provides oversight and consultation to teachers and other staff in effort to write academic, behavior, and social-emotional IEP goals.
Work Environment:
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Clients may exhibit inappropriate physical behavior which may include hitting, biting, kicking, etc.
