Medication Assistant - Full Time

This role involves providing comprehensive care to residents, including medication management, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health changes, and responding to emergencies within a senior living community.

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medications, documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Support residents in Activities of Daily Living, take vital signs, provide first aid, wound care, and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Observe and report any physical or mental health changes.
• Transport residents within the community for activities, dining, or other needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, requests, and hazards.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Meeting all state educational requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with elderly and dementia patients is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate a calm, respectful, and helpful demeanor.
