As our
** Certified Patient Care Assistant
** you will have an opportunity to work on our 36 bed Neuro Progressive Care Unit, which serves patients with medically complex needs (Stroke patients, TIAs, CVAs). Ideally, must have CNA or LNA License and/or Direct Patient Care experience. You will provide routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall plan of care. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation of medical records, and provide a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.

-12 hour shifts a week from 7:00pm-7:30am)**

* ** Weekend and Holiday Rotations are required in this role.**

POSITION SUMMARY  This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.
