Full time Certified Caregiver who may pass meds in AL or Memory Care-Full Time 2pm to 10:30p
- Sundays and Tuesday through Friday -$21.12/hr/plus shift differential

• This individual will assist senior residents with daily living activities.
• May be asked to administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders during the absence of a nurse.
• If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors.
• Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans.
• Responsible for documenting in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and report changes to the AL Director.

• Assisted Living experience is a MUST.
• Certified Caregiver Certificate is required.
• Med Tech experience is required.
