Responsibilities include distribution, drug therapy monitoring, education, and supervisory functions. Must collaborate with others, organize well, accomplish tasks, solve problems, and communicate effectively. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree required. Hospital experience preferred. Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Arizona required.

This position has a predetermined rate of $86.58 per hour. Benefits Eligible No. Schedule Part Time Hours/Pay Period Supplemental/PRN, as needed based on staffing. Operational Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-8:00pm. Sat/Sun 8:00am-6:00pm. Hours are as needed, based on staffing. Weekend Schedule Sat/Sun 8:00am-6:00pm. International Assignment No.
