Position: Virtual Speech Pathologist (Arizona Certified)

Fullmind Speech Pathologist

Description $315-$415 daily rate; rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully Remote, 1099 Contract Opportunity Assignments Available for the 2026-27 School Year

Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education. We fill teacher vacancies by live-streaming certified educators directly to students.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
  • Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
  • Evaluate levels of speech and language
  • Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs
  • Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals
  • Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress

Requirements

  • Active Arizona SLP state license required to legally practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state
  • PreK-12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, required for working in school settings
  • Professional liability insurance protects you against claims related to your work.
  • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
  • Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
  • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace
  • Knowledge of IDEA and California special education law/Ed Code requirements
  • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
