Select Specialty Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a Pharmacist for a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 10:00 am–6:30 pm) with one weekend per month. Compensation ranges from $53.00 to $70.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
The role includes drug distribution, IV admixture, clinical support, and patient education at a national post-ICU care facility. Minimum qualifications include active state licensure and BLS if required;
PharmD or BS Pharm with residency is preferred.
