As a Certified Patient Care Assistant in our Float Pool Unit at Banner University Medical Center, you will join a Magnet facility, Academic Medical Center, Level 1 Trauma Center, and Designated Stroke Center. Teamwork is strong in this department and Banner University Medical Center is truly a collaborative environment between nursing, physicians, and other therapies. During your shift, you will have the opportunity to float to all units within Banner University Medical Center including:
Trauma Surgical ICU;
Cardiovascular ICU;
Neuro ICU;
Medical-Surgical ICU;
Neuro Trauma PCU;
Cardiovascular PCU;
Medical-Surgical;
Outpatient Observation Unit; PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit);
Emergency Dept.; WIS (Women and Infant Services);
Rehab;
Behavioral Health. The ideal applicant will be a licensed CNA/LNA with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. If you are an experienced CNA/LNA who is resilient, knowledgeable, and enjoys a fast pace environment, then this opportunity if for you!

We have full and part time day shifts available. Day shift working from 7am-7:30pm. Weekend rotations will be required in this role. Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential when applicable.
