This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Home Well Care Service Corporate.

With patience, professionalism, and kindness, you will assist clients with:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Light meal preparation and housekeeping
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication reminders and mobility support
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities

• CNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance required if transporting clients)
• Current TB test
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role
• Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass a national background check and all state-required screenings
• Preferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)

COVID-19 vaccination is not required; however, some clients may request vaccinated caregivers. Future state or federal regulations may impact requirements.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
