Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Representative to guide families at check-in, assist with registration and answer questions during registration. This full-time role follows a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule at the Main Campus clinics.
Responsibilities include efficient patient registration, collecting co-pays/deductibles, verifying demographics, and serving as liaison for patients receiving services. EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
