Ideal candidates have obtained their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), bringing expertise and confidence to their practice. Youll work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality interventions and measurable progress for each student.

What youll bring to the role:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge and passion for supporting high-needs students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy and collaborative, team-oriented approaches

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8 students in accordance with IEPs
• Evaluate and assess students' needs and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, aides, and families for student support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional insights
• Adapt therapy techniques for a diverse caseload with higher needs, ensuring individual growth
