Outpatient Therapist (IOP) - PRN

IOP Therapist (PRN - Weekday and Evenings)

Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented IOP Therapist to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

The Program Therapist provides clinical services and coordination of care for individuals seeking outpatient services at Quail Run Behavioral Health. Services include therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve an optimal level of emotional health, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services for clients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short‑term family therapy, and information and referrals as needed.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients in the IOP.
• Coordinate care with other clinical staff and external resources.
• Conduct therapeutic treatment skills training and crisis interventions.
• Provide short‑term family therapy and psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans.

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical mental health field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; strong clinical assessment skills required.
• Licensed in the state of Arizona in social work, counseling, or related mental health field. Required licensure: LCSW, LPC, LISAC or LMFT. Preferred: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, or LMFT. Minimum requirement: LMSW, LAC, MSW (must obtain licensure for LMSW, LAC, LSAC or clinical related mental health field within 90 days of hire date).
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one within one month of employment.

Quail Run is a 102‑bed acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona.
