We are currently seeking adventurous and flexible Occupational Therapists willing to travel to our affiliated facilities across 17 states, including:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

As part of Thera Troopers, Inc., an Ensign-affiliated company, you’ll join a network of independently operated facilities focused on exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and therapist empowerment.
What You’ll Do:- Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey
- Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Support safe and successful discharge planning
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Open to all experience levels — new grads encouraged to apply
