Banner University Medical Center is seeking a staffing coordinator to join our Clinical Care Operations unit.
As a Staffing Coordinator with the CCO at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix
, you will play a vital role in coordinating staff coverage and bed placement throughout the Level I trauma hospital to ensure a high level of patient care. In addition, you will provide administrative support for the entire Clinical Care Operations department. You will be working in a fast-paced, call center like, ever-changing environment. You will be managing multiple priorities at once and coordinating details with multiple departments and within a variety of software programs.
This is a Full time night shift position working from 6pm-6:30am.
Weekend and holiday rotations required. You will have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential.

This position is responsible for facility-wide patient and/or staff placement operations. This position is the primary source of staffing information for the individual units. The incumbent assists leadership with fiscal responsibility by placing the most cost-effective staff on the floors and ensuring thatfloors are not over or understaffed for every shift.
