• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain) for school-based practice
• Experience or coursework related to working with children in school settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Energy and commitment to collaborate across grade levels (PreK-8th grade)

• Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across multiple grade levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative support as part of the IEP team
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Manage an average caseload of 50-60 students, adapting strategies to support diverse needs
