• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
• Prior experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and age-appropriate intervention techniques
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to manage IEP process, documentation, and parent communication with professionalism

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input to student education plans
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly communicate with families
