Hourly Rate: $18.00‑$21.00 /hr + Full Benefits

MIND 24-7 is revolutionizing behaviorial health care by offering immediate, walk‑in mental health support around the clock. Our facilities provide a range of services from rapid crisis intervention to ongoing outpatient therapy.

• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients, families, and community professionals with professionalism.
• Perform patient registration by entering details into the electronic health system and verifying insurance information.
• Support intake and discharge processes to ensure a seamless experience for all patients.
• Coordinate communication by handling patient information and liaising with external agencies.
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the clinical team running efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing learning and growth opportunities within the team‑oriented environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Technologically comfortable, able to use software and adapt to new systems.
• A passion for helping others.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• Solid work history – no more than three jobs in the last three years.
