The Phoenix @ Union Hill is looking for compassionate Resident Care Associates to join our assisted living and memory care teams. You will deliver hands‑on care, support residents and families, and follow personalized service plans in a safe home‑like environment.
Responsibilities include creating and updating PSPs, assisting with activities, supervising meals, and maintaining daily hygiene and safety for residents. Weekend availability and compliance with regulations are required.
