We’re looking for a passionate, in‑person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
This is more than a caseload—it’s an opportunity to lead clinical care, mentor others, and make a lasting impact on children and families while working in an environment that truly supports you.

- Defend the Fellowship by mentoring RBTs and contributing to a strong team culture
- Yearn for Excellence by continuously improving your clinical decision‑making
- Show Up Steadfast by providing consistent, high‑quality care to every client
- Yell “You’ve Got This!” by empowering and guiding families with confidence and compassion
- Manage a caseload with 27 billable hours per week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
- Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
- Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunities: Available for exceeding billable expectations
- Monday – Friday

- Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying team‑oriented
- A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and relationships
- In‑person ABA experience preferred, but not required
