We’re looking for a passionate, in‑person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

• Defend the Fellowship by mentoring RBTs and contributing to a strong team culture
• Yearn for Excellence by continuously improving your clinical decision‑making
• Show Up Steadfast by providing consistent, high‑quality care to every client
• Yell “You’ve Got This!” by empowering and guiding families with confidence and compassion

• Manage a caseload with 27 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
• Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus Opportunities: Available for exceeding billable expectations

• Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently while staying team‑oriented
• A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and relationships
• In‑person ABA experience preferred, but not required
