Overview
Envision is hiring a full-time Emergency Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a nocturnist role in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity is ideal for advanced practice providers who deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced overnight environment. Strong clinical expertise and commitment to exceptional patient service are essential.
Advance Practice Provider requirements: must have 2 years of emergency/urgent care experience; no new graduates at this time.
Position Profile- Cross-credentialed to provide coverage at both Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and Banner Estrella Medical Center
- Annual ED volume around 75,000 patients (approximately 98% adults)
- 60-bed, state-of-the-art ED
- 8-bed Fast Track, 2 major resuscitation bays, and 6 trauma bays
- Physician coverage: 96 hours daily
- Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 38 hours daily
- Scribes
- Level I ACS Trauma Center
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- 24/7 Cardiac Catheter Lab
- Academic appointment at University of Arizona
- W2 status with comprehensive benefits package
