You’ll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence‑based interventions, person‑centered treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling. You'll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives holistic support—meeting not just clinical needs but emotional, social, and behavioral ones.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavior change.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of treatment progress in accordance with regulations.
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical feedback and evolving patient needs.
• Respond to crises and provide immediate support or intervention.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Support patient aftercare planning and coordinate referrals to additional resources.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and clinical case reviews.
• Advocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and community.

• Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence‑based counseling practices and treatment planning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport.
• Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team.
