Behavior Care Therapy is seeking a part-time para-professional to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes in Phoenix (85008). The role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA under supervision. You’ll work afternoons to evenings Mon-Thu, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.
Experience with children, especially in SPED or caregiving, is preferred. ABA experience is a plus.
