Macoa Health is looking for a driven Clinical Research Site Director who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about expanding clinical research capabilities. The Site Director will oversee all clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality trial execution while maintaining regulatory and financial compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical research staff and operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure GCP compliance.
- Interface with sponsors and CROs during feasibility and study start-up.
- Ensure recruitment goals, timelines, and budget targets are met.
- Monitor quality metrics, audits, and CAPA plans.
- Direct all site operations.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site operations.
- Experience in budget negotiation and financial oversight.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
