Full Time. Education Level: Master’s Degree. Salary Range: $57,375.00 - $65,000.00.

Licensed Associate Clinician for the Outpatient Counseling Program at Desert Cove Health Center, Phoenix, AZ. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. The role requires providing outpatient individual, group, and family counseling with occasional in‑home sessions. Services are delivered in compliance with licensure, state, and federal laws and Terros Health policies.

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor and follow up on client needs, conducting re‑assessments as required.
• Coordinate services in collaboration with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff.
• Provide in‑home counseling sessions as indicated, representing a small portion of overall duties.
• Sign off on non‑licensed staff’s work where appropriate.

• Master’s degree (MA, MC, MSW) in a behavioral health field or eligibility for a Master’s degree.
• Arizona license or eligibility for an Arizona license in one of the following: LAMFT, LAC, LAAC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LIAC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and EHRs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license; at least 22 years of age, minimum 3 years driving experience, and compliance with Terros Health driving policy.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level1) or application within 7 working days of employment.
• Successful TB test.
• Physical demands consistent with essential functions of the job; reasonable accommodations available.
