Karoo Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to drive new patient acquisition and enrollment within partner cardiology practices in the Phoenix area. You will screen eligible patients, discuss eligibility with providers, educate and enroll patients, and schedule initial appointments with the virtual care team.
You will maintain on-site presence, support remote clinics as needed, and manage documentation across Karoo Health systems to track enrollment and engagement.
