This is a Monday
- Friday position working 4x10hr shifts from 7:30a - 6:00pm with a rotating day off.
This role has a required on‑call rotation. 1 call shift/week and 1 full on‑call weekend in a 6‑week period.
In this role you'll perform specialized high‑acuity neuro‑interventional radiographic procedures including mechanical thrombectomy, arteriovenous malformations, angioplasty, and coil embolization in accordance with departmental protocols. Prepares patients and work area, reviews cases for appropriate supplies, and anticipates physician needs by passing wires, catheters, and specialized neuro devices. Operates and troubleshoots C‑arms and imaging equipment while maintaining aseptic technique and radiation safety standards.
Educates patients and families, administers radiopharmaceuticals and approved medications, produces high‑quality diagnostic images, and maintains accurate documentation. Responds independently to interventional radiology and neuro call backs while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Highly motivated candidates with relevant procedural background seeking advanced training in Neuro Interventional Radiology, candidates with interest in a structured training pathway into Neuro IR or experienced Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab Technologist are encouraged to apply!
POSITION SUMMARYThis position performs prescribed specialized high acuity neurologic and body‑focused radiographic procedures as directed by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.
