Salary: $85,000–$90,000/year + Benefits | Full-Time

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and established goals.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate as a collaborative member of the rehabilitation team.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and professional standards.

• Arizona State PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
