Pay Rate: $55 – $57/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 – $2,280/week
Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatment planning, rehabilitation services, and patient education in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Work with patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and other conditions affecting mobility and function.
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist (PT) license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong rehabilitation and patient care skills
Ability to manage a full caseload in a post-acute setting
Required CredentialsPT License – Required
BLS – Preferred
