Bright Spring Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Phoenix, AZ, to join our dynamic Rehab Without Walls team. This flexible PRN position allows you to provide 1:1 outpatient therapy in an assisted living setting, featuring on-site gyms and therapeutic spaces.
You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical care team. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active state license are required. Salary ranges from $48.00 to $52.00 per hour.
