Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy
• Document services
• Educate caregivers
• Optional COTA supervision

Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS , Article 9 certification, driver's license, dependable transportation, and excellent organizational skills.
