• Active SLPA licensure required in the state
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to implement speech and language therapy plans under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Organized, reliable, and passionate about student growth

• Provide targeted support to students in individual or small group settings as outlined in IEPs
• Assist with implementing treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate records
• Prepare materials and adapt activities to meet diverse student needs
