Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)

Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person | Phoenix, AZ
$80,000-$95,000/year (DOE) + Monthly Productivity Bonus

We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Phoenix team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
  • Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
  • Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
  • Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
  • Support funding source communication as needed
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
