As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Green Light ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to provide personalized ABA therapy in the natural environment, fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for children with ASD.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

Who We're Looking For:

• RBTs with active certification
• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
