Hospice of the West is seeking a dedicated Licensed Medical Social Worker (MSW) to deliver psychosocial support to hospice patients and families in the Phoenix Metro Area. The ideal candidate will assess needs, provide counseling, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to shape compassionate care plans.
The role requires an MSW (and BSW with supervision) with hospice or healthcare experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation.
