Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator will oversee daily lab activities, manage technical staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in laboratory settings to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
• Manage and train laboratory staff on technical procedures, equipment operations, and safety protocols.
• Implement and maintain compliance with all applicable health regulations, including CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to optimize laboratory services and data integration.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous education and professional development of technical staff.
• Monitor and order supplies, manage inventory to avoid disruptions in lab activities.
