Responsibilities

• Perform and validate a wide range of clinical laboratory tests across core disciplines.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated analyzers and related lab technologies.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of test results within regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT and lab teams to optimize laboratory information systems and workflows.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, QC records, and compliance reports.
• Participate in method validation, instrument upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety, biosafety, and quality assurance protocols.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support cross-functional project teams.
