Position: Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Southwest Territory (AZ, NM, San Diego CA)

Primary Activities & Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
  • Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
  • Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution (onboarding through ordering workflow and steady-state operations).
  • Serve as operational subject matter expert for product process, operations, and logistics.
  • Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide responsive support.
  • Use company dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvements.
  • Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
  • Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
  • Ability to operate in evolving, unclear "white space" environments with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong operational problem-solving and root-cause/issue resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Travel ~50%; valid driver's license.
Preferred
  • Activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
  • Experience with complex oncology workflows; large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder navigation.
