Spring Health is seeking independently licensed mental health professionals to join the Care Navigation team. The role involves in-the-moment clinical support, crisis management, and coordinating care across therapists, coaches, and external resources.
You’ll work on an outbound phone team with occasional crisis line support and must be licensed (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/psychologist) with at least 2 years of direct clinical experience.
