Job Overview

Massage Therapist at Pyramid Global Hospitality, Arizona Biltmore, Phoenix, AZ. This role provides massage and body treatment services to guests in the resort spa.

• Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform each treatment, including towels, sheets, and disposable items.
• Keep the work area neat and orderly, consistent with the high standards of the facility.
• Assist in all spa activities when not scheduled for services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all personal services performed.
• Answer questions related to services performed and products used.
• Perform related services as assigned by the manager.
• Remain on time for work and appointments.

• Reaching and pushing/pulling frequently

• Hearing and talking frequently
• Lifting or carrying up to 15 lbs frequently
• Traveling rare

• High school graduate or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited massage‑therapy school.
• Prior experience as a massage therapist.
• Prior customer service experience. Experience in a resort spa preferred.
• Arizona Massage Therapist License in good standing with the Arizona Massage Board.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and passion for providing exceptional experiences.
• No soliciting guests is allowed.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well‑groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.

Hourly rate: $5.60.
